Human Resource Development is of paramount importance as it is a key factor contributing to the sustainable success of the nation. The government has prioritized the development of human resources to enhance their potential and prepare them for 21st-century lifestyles, aiming to drive national development in all dimensions. Consequently, all sectors have been promoting concrete human resource development policies.
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, as a higher education institution, recognizes the importance of providing academic services to society, which is one of its primary missions as outlined in the Higher Education Act, B.E. 2562 (2019), Section 40. This act mandates higher education institutions to provide academic services, offer expert consultations, and disseminate knowledge derived from teaching, research, and innovation to government agencies, the private sector, communities, and society. The goal is to apply this knowledge effectively and promote lifelong learning. In light of this, the university established the “Office of Academic Services” as the primary unit responsible for advancing and developing high-quality human resources.
The Office of Academic Services (OAS) was initially established as the Division of Training Institutes and Educational Tourism under the Office of Asset Management and Revenue. As its scope expanded, operational constraints emerged, prompting the university to elevate it to the status of an independent unit equivalent to a faculty. This restructuring was intended to enhance flexibility, broaden operational scopes, and effectively meet the needs of the university and society.
The office’s core missions include providing academic services in training, organizing academic conferences and seminars, consultancy services, and professional standard testing for both internal and external organizations, encompassing government and private sectors. These activities are conducted in line with the university’s academic service policies, emphasizing integration with research and teaching, establishing learning centers to provide opportunities for lifelong learning for all age groups, and building networks with public and private organizations to deliver academic services that address societal issues and foster sustainable and self-reliant community development.

To organize training, conferences, and academic seminars, with the responsibility to design, advise, and develop training programs for human resource development in order to enhance personnel capabilities in various areas, responding to the needs of organizations or current circumstances. The operations are as follows:
To support and organize training programs for personnel in both public and private sectors, in alignment with government policies on producing and developing human resources to improve competitiveness.
To develop training projects with courses tailored to the specific needs of service recipients, both short-term and long-term.
